Every study we’ve covered, graded with our own Evidence Score.
How the Evidence Score works
- A: Strong. Well-controlled human trials, or pooled trials, back this result.
- B: Moderate. Real human evidence with a clear weakness, such as a small group or no placebo.
- C: Weak. No comparison group, a single case, or an expert summary. A lead, not proof.
- D: Early research. Animal or cell studies that may not apply to people.
- F: No evidence. Opinion or anecdote, with no data behind it.
A + or – shows where a study sits within its letter.
